1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of IBTA MEA services, CBP Official Curriculum, exam vouchers, and related products provided by an Authorized Training Provider (ATP) of IBTA MEA Learning Solutions (“IBTA MEA”). By registering for any course, purchasing any CBP materials, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Authorized Training Provider Status

The Training Provider is an officially appointed CBP Authorized Training Provider (CBP ATP) under the CBP ATP Agreement. All CBP courses are delivered strictly in accordance with IBTA MEA policies, curriculum guidelines, and quality standards.

3. Course Delivery

All CBP courses are delivered using IBTA-developed CBP Official Curriculum.

Courses are taught exclusively by CBP Certified Instructors (CBP CIs) who have passed the required certification exams.

Each student receives a new, original, unopened CBP student kit.

Courses follow the official CBP curriculum structure, learning objectives, and minimum contact hours.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

The Training Provider manages all scheduling, registration, confirmations, and cancellations.

If a class is canceled, students will receive at least 72 hours’ notice.

The Training Provider may reschedule classes when necessary, due to operational or instructor-related reasons.

5. Student Conduct & Testing Rules

Testing rooms follow IBTA MEA’s official standards (quiet, monitored, distraction-free).

Students may not bring personal items into the testing area (phones, bags, books, etc.).

Violations of testing rules may result in exam invalidation.

6. Use of CBP Materials

All CBP materials (student kits, exams, certificates) are copyrighted and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed.

No replacement or alternative curriculum may be used.

The Training Provider is the only authorized distributor of CBP materials within its ATP scope.

7. Intellectual Property

All CBP trademarks, logos, course materials, and proprietary content are owned by IBTA. IBTA MEA is the authorized regional distributor.

Students and clients may not reproduce, modify, or repurpose any CBP materials.

Use of IBTA MEA trademarks is strictly controlled and may not imply endorsement of non-CBP products.

8. Fees & Payments

All course fees, exam fees, and material fees must be paid in advance.

Prices exclude taxes, shipping, and customs duties (where applicable).

The Training Provider is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete payments.

9. Quality Assurance

The Training Provider maintains quality control policies aligned with IBTA MEA standards.

Student evaluations may be collected and reviewed for compliance.

10. Confidentiality

All proprietary information, course materials, and internal documents are protected under the ATP Agreement and may not be disclosed, copied, or shared without written authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Training Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• IBTA MEA provides no warranty except as explicitly stated in the ATP Agreement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of United Arab Emirates and where the Training Provider operates, without conflict-of-law principles.

1. General Policy

All purchases of CBP courses, CBP Official Curriculum, student kits, and exam vouchers are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated below.

This is due to IBTA MEA’s strict policies regarding:

• issuance of original, sealed student kits
• activation of exam vouchers
• intellectual property protection
• ATP financial obligations under Exhibit 1 in the ATP agreement

2. Replacement or Re-Issuance

Replacements are provided only for:

• Damaged materials received upon delivery
• Incorrect items shipped by the Training Provider

No replacements are provided for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged items after delivery
• Exam vouchers already activated

3. Exam Voucher Policy

Exam vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued. Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 21 working days.

• Register students for CBP courses
• Issue CBP student kits, exam vouchers, and certificates
• Maintain compliance with IBTA MEA ATP requirements
• Improve training quality and student satisfaction

4. Data Sharing

We may share necessary information with:

• IBTA MEA Learning Solutions (as required under the ATP Agreement)
• Exam delivery partners
• Government authorities when legally required

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

5. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data from:

• Unauthorized access
• Loss or misuse
• Alteration or disclosure

6. Data Retention

Student and instructor records are retained for at least one (1) year, as required by the ATP Agreement, or longer where legally required.

7. Cookies & Website Tracking

Our website may use cookies to improve user experience and analyze traffic. Users may disable cookies through browser settings.

8. User Rights

Users may request:

• Access to their personal data
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of data where legally permissible

Requests can be submitted through our official contact channels.
