How to Verify
This step allows Candidates, ATPs, and Organizations to verify the authenticity of certificates within the IBTA MEA database.
Notes:
- Please enter the certificate code carefully, and then click “Search”.
- Some special certificates, like CBP Diploma, CBP Executive, and CBP Master Executive, can only be verified by email on a case-by-case basis at verify@ibtamea.com.
- The certificates database is updated every 3 days. If the exams/results were completed less than 3 days ago, kindly check/verify them after 3 days, on Sunday, to verify successfully.
- Please note the upload days/times are subject to change. Only Passed Exams Certificates can be verified.
- If the e-certificate does not appear, please contact the testing center where you took your exam.

Verify Exam Voucher
This step allows Candidates, ATPs, and Organizations to verify the authenticity of certificates within the IBTA MEA database.
Verify Bulk Exam Vouchers
This step allows ATPs to verify the authenticity and download of bulk certificates within the IBTA MEA database.
- Upload a single file containing exam vouchers (maximum of 3,000 records per file). Click here to download sample upload file.
- Start the bulk certificate verification process with a single click.
- The system automatically validates each voucher and generates the corresponding PDF certificates.
- All successfully generated certificates are consolidated and compressed into a single ZIP file.
- The ZIP file will be prepared and available for download within approximately 5 minutes.
- Any invalid exam vouchers are recorded in a separate text file, which is included inside the same ZIP folder for reference.
